BluShelf
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of BluShelf ("the App"), an application for cataloguing and managing collections of physical editions (Blu-ray, UHD and similar). By creating an account or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is owned by Daniel Castro Fernández, located in Valladolid, Spain. You can contact us at privacy@blushelf.app.
You agree to use the App lawfully. In particular, you must not:
You retain ownership of the content you upload (for example, cover photos and your collection data). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you (including its automatic data extraction). You are responsible for holding the necessary rights over the content you upload.
The App uses recognition and artificial intelligence to extract information from covers. These results are indicative and may contain errors or omissions. You should review them before relying on them; we do not guarantee their accuracy.
Movie and TV information comes from TMDB (The Movie Database). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Trademarks, cover art and titles belong to their respective owners; BluShelf is not affiliated with them.
The software, design, logos and elements of the App are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and belong to the provider or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than using the App in accordance with these Terms.
We aim to keep the App continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical reasons or force majeure. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the service, notifying you through reasonable means when a change is significant.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the law, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor the accuracy of extracted or third-party data. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from misuse. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law, nor your rights as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer regulations.
We may update these Terms. We will post the current version at this address with its date. If you continue using the App after the changes take effect, you are deemed to accept them.
For any question about these Terms, contact us at privacy@blushelf.app.
